My name is Caitlin, and I am so excited to be joining Anchor & Arrow as an Occupational Therapist! I grew up in the Dayton area and received my Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Indiana Wesleyan University. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with children of various abilities, through both clinical and non-clinical settings. I am passionate about understanding every child's personal development story, including their strengths and struggles, through a trauma-informed lens to help them grow into the flourishing child they were meant to be. As an OT, my personal goal is to help every child feel safe in their own body to play, grow, and thrive. I combine knowledge of primitive reflex integration, developmental trauma, and trust-based relationships through play to achieve this ultimate goal and to help each child, along with their family, find their own rhythm and flow. In my free time, I enjoy being outside hiking or biking, and spending time with my adorable nephew.
